Ranko may have been similarly limited in numbers. So he entered, won (to his surprise thus the cheerfulness), but questions if he should keep because he has SO MANY already? Some people aren't comfortable with more than a couple dolls, and/or continuously dumping the high amount of money. Nothin' wrong to go, "Oh whoops, stretched myself too thin." Plus, in that moment he's voicing that he may give up one which people will take as a chance to inquire and get a Sinon. If anything, for some people, that's their "second chance." Though ofc it is also within reason to worry that maybe he'd regret it, and thus question just how limited/hard to get she may be in the future. It's sad for those of us who have a real desire for the dolls and aren't just buying them on a whim, but have carefully thought and considered and saved the money. But, they can say whatever they want. Hmmm, very very tempting, really not too much of a mark-up at least for base auction prices!
