acexkeikai2 Posted April 6, 2015 Ok I want boots for my Usagi and make her Sailor Moon costume... unfortunatly I have yet to find boots to my liking so I thought maybe I could make my own... I saw a tutorial using OOGOO for making small doll boots. So I wondered if I could use the same principles with my DD here's a good instructible that show how you can do your own OOGOO which is made of Silicon caulk and corn starch and color.
