Your Lie In April, Kaori Miyazono

Just another work-in-progress at the moment, since I don't have all the correctly coloured and patterned portions for the outfit yet! Today's character is the ever-cheerful violinist from the anime/manga Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, or Your Lie in April.

I highly encourage people who love shoujo series or music-focused series in general to check out Shigatsu, if only to find out what the "Lie" in the title is. Be warned, be prepared for a roller-coaster feels trip! Although some of the parts of the outfit like the skirt have not arrived, I was too impatient and went for an impromptu "prototype" shoot first:

Nice dressup, and what a show it was. Have the tissues on hand for sure. I'd also love to see the outfit she was introduced to the plot in, it was cute.

She is lovely! This series is on my watchlist thanks to Kaori after I've seen her design and went to read about it. She looks so good! I love her wig and those violin pictures especially!
