Is it easy to find BJD stuff when you are actually in China?

Long time, I am going to China for school this August for a while. Does anyone know how the BJD scene is there? Is it easier to acquire clothes and accessories in the country it all comes from?

Yes, is there some shops ? Like in japan (also I have not been there).
