Her last one was at least a nice one since she got to go to the beach but she was really wanting to go back out again so I made sure to bring her along to the meet we had at the county park. Just behind where we were cooking out was this pond. Mamimi wanted to see the dock area so we went there first. Such a pretty one! Her eyes and hairstyle just make her so huggable! Wonderful pictures! Thank you sir! She is indeed hard to resist scooping up and snuggling. Wow, what a wonderful location! ♥ So many different places to explore~ I think my favourite are those big trees by the lake! Thanks! We got lucky when we found this spot at the park. Other areas are nice but this one seemed to have better photo op spots and way less people around. I like the tree area too, it gave good shade. Mamimi is a sweet girl. ^^ I really like her outfit, and that wig suits her so well! Aww, thanks! Mamimi will always be my little girl even tho she's one of the oldest ones I own. She was one of the first DDS bodies in the US, she uses a Marissa body. It's had it's breakage issues but we got her fixed up nicely. The outfit is a mix and match with a Tree Design top, a Volks jacket and a Tao bao skirt. Her wig is from Monique Gold and it's one of my faves.... it's so soft! As for that style, she's been trying to shed her "little girl" image lately by letting her hair down. The following pic is the same wig but this is how it is originally styled from the factory.... Lesson learned, that was golden opportunity Heh, I know how it is to bring too many and then get jumbled up by trying to figure out who to take pics of first and where. But I had planned to only do major pics with Mamimi this time so the other girls I brought could just hang out at the display area. I'm sure the next time we go out you'll get some good shots of your girls. Mamimi sure looks adorable in her more grown up look. Even tho Mamimi is the middle child, she still gets treated like the baby of the 01 family I have. Minako is definitely the youngest of the 3 girls and Manami is the oldest. Mamimi has tried to get out from under Manami's shadow quite a few times but the other older girls also see her as their "little" sister so she still gets the younger sibling treatment. But changing her hair has given her a big confidence boost and she seems happier. I'm glad you like her new style too! And yes, even I sometimes get confused on their names since half of them start with an "M". Seeing her sitting on that post above the water surprised me and made me go into 'mommy' mode and I wanted to sternly tell her to get down. Or in other words, your beautiful photos and excellent posing is still something I enjoy seeing. Ha ha! Motherly instincts can be strong! But don't worry, I very rarely put my girls anywhere where they can get in trouble or damaged. She was very stable up there and she assured me she has good balance.
