New Volks outfit from Kerbey lane

I had been looking at getting this outfit for a bit because I missed it when it came out on Volks US site. After seeing them for stupid money on YJA, I kind of gave up looking for it. But out of the blue, Rochelle at KL emailed me and said she had one on consignment at the shop! I bought it immediately and waited for it to arrive.

 

I let Mou-chan model it first for me and she seemed to gladly accept. Mou-chan is also sporting a new eye that I got from PlasticFantastic. I'm not sure I'll keep it in her but we'll see how it goes.

The little thin coat/jacket thing doesn't really cover much or function as a cover. Not sure what it's for.

 

 

 

Maybe the coat is meant to only cover her back?

 

 

One odd thing I found... the skirt has a thin wire all along the bottom edge of it. I guess this is so you can "pose" the skirt in different positions.

 

 

I think this green eye makes Ryomou look more mature..... and more angry. Maybe she knows I'm taking pics of her boobs now.....

That the 1st outfit that i got, my girls haven't worn it much since the skirt and clip behind the neck can stain.

She is so cute in that outfit! The color contrast is beautiful. I think the little shall/sweater wrap is a nice touch.

Thanks! She did seem to enjoy having her picture taken. Not a smuch as Manami does but close. And that's cool about her eye. I wasn't sure how it looked really as I am used to her other blue one.

Thank you! I've seen the wire in other Volks items like Rin's red school jacket but not in a basic skirt like this. It's cool tho and I'm glad it has it.

Thank you sir! It's cool that this was the first set you got for your girls. It's pretty cute in my opinion. But I had no idea it would stain. The skirt I can understand but the clip too? I had this on Ryomou for 2 days and nothing happened to her that i can see. But thank you for the warnings, I'll be careful when I use it again.

Thank you! I also like the colors and the little shawl thing. I'm not sure what it's supposed to cover but I have it on Ryomou just like they show in pics from Volks. Even if I have no clue why it's here, I'll use it.

That's a nice dress and is shows off her figure very well xDD I've too to the Kerbey Lane website (considering it IS in my state xDD) but I was kind of bummed that they only tell you that they have Dollfie Dream items....they don't have detailed catalog like Volks USA so I can't really tell what they have, or what is in stock, or what the prices are.

As for Kerbey Lane, the best way to see what they have is to either email them directly or call them on the phone. I normally deal with Rochelle a she is great to talk to and very nice. Their website isn't setup like Volks because they don't keep stock in DD stuff much. Plus, it changes so often it would be very hard to keep up with and keep accurate. So just asking them every so often makes things easier. Give that a try and see what you can find. They do consignments too so who knows what will come in from time to time. That's how I got this outfit.... it was a consignment. I just got lucky that I checked with Rochelle at a good time so I could get it.

Well that all depends on what it is. If it's brand new stock, they sell it for what Volks sells it for normally. If it's on consignment, then they sell it for what the seller wants for it. Whether that's high or low depends on the seller consigning the clothes. But you won't usually find Ebay pricing at KL so don't worry about having to dish out too much more than retail for something. Here again, that will depend on what they have and where they got it.

Thanks! I also think that top is perfect and can be worn with other things. I already pu tit on Yoko with some yellow shorts I didn't think would fit her and she looks too cool.

 

And Ryomou likes giving panty shots! Did you SEE any of Ikki Tousen? She's ALWAYS half naked in that show! A panty shot here and there doesn't bother her much tho, she's used to it from Manami. Those two get along pretty well.
