How does SQlabs website work?

So I want to order from SQlab but the website is so confusing... I understand that you need to email them your order but I sent them 2 emails over a week ago and haven't received a reply... Do they normally take this long in replying?

I would prefer to buy directly from their website, has anyone here bought directly from their website? How did you go about placing an order and what was the waiting time and communication like?

 

Anyone know any dealers? I want to buy a Chibi Ren head and a Ksb-L or Ksg-L body...

It is very hard to get in contact with them at the moment... No one seems to be able to order from their website.

I can recommend The Little Garden, as they seem to be the only dealers who are in contact with SQlab (though they are located in the UK). Otherwise there is always Yahoo auctions.

As Yumeiro suggested you can buy through Yahoo Auctions Japan, using a proxy service. Search up "sq lab".

 

I have a real skin color Misty head /w face up coming in the mail right now, bought from there. I'm anxiously waiting as it took a month.

The Little Garden has frequent pre-order periods. So if you keep an eye out on when they are opening pre-orders, you could order one with a face-up through them. Just so you know.

I am so confused now I asked The Little Garden about this and they said they don't offer Preorder for faceup heads... Not sure if it's miscommunication but that's what they said. They also mentioned, after I asked, that SQlab do not do personal orders anymore...

Damn SQ Lab sent me the wrong color head... I asked them to give me a real skin color and the sent me a DD normal skin....
