This was the "September New Outfit Collection." http://www.volks.co.jp/en/goods/index_goods.aspx?sbct=53&page=3&parts=20&brand=197 There is word that the Volks USA will be offering these towards the end of the year so anyone who missed this chance may get another. It's a pretty nice dress made with velvet like fabric, lined where it needs to be, & the rose on the choker is metal. I'm just glad Alna has something else to wear now.
