Greetings from England!

Hi! I'm not new to the forum, but I just realized that I'd never introduced myself. I'm Abbie, 17, currently a student living in South Yorkshire.

 

I got into Dollfies when Volks released their model of Chihaya Kisaragi, and I fell in love with the sculpt and size of the dolls. I've always loved collecting 1/7 figures, but seeing the IM@S girls turned into Dollfies made me realize it was a hobby I needed to take up.

I've been following Idolm@ster for abut 5 years now, and it kills me that I never got the chance to buy the official Chihaya when she was released since I had only just found out about Volks . I shall make it my life mission to own her one day!

 

Other than that, I currently have 2 custom Dollfies, one of Yayoi Takatsuki and one of Chihaya. With Snow Miku pre-ordered and plans to make custom Takane Shijou and Hibiki Ganaha in Japan this August, it looks like I'll be becoming even more invested in the Dollfie hobby soon!

The Chihaya DD was a very good sculpt so I can see why she could lure anyone into the hobby,regardless of wether or not they had any previous knowledge of her character. I hope you are able to track her down one day, it feels amazing when you are able to track down a girl you've waited for ages to be able to have.

Yeah, hopefully I'll be able to search around Mandrake's and the marketplace in this forum and wait in case a good deal comes up. With finding dollfies at a reasonable price and dollfie lotteries, it's all about luck I guess

Hi & welcome to the forum! The Idolm@ster characters you've named are some of my favorite figures! I like their personalities, but I'm not much for the show costumes. I've resisted so far, but if Shijou Takane or Miura Azusa shows up, I will probably crumble. I look forward to seeing your family grow!
