Where can I buy outfits for the dolls?

The Volks Online Store is totally useless. All the good outfit are sold out. Is there any other online stores sell DD's outfits?

The marketplace here, ebay, Nine9style and etsy. I'm sure there are more but I don't shop for DD girls so hopefully someone with more experience can help you out. ^^

Cool Cat Collection Shop is good for some basics/starting out.

I have bought a few things from YJA. Most of my girls are wearing custom outfits I commissioned here, though.

http://www.sakurahonya.com/ is another store that does clothes just for DDs, so no confusing other sizes. Limited in their scope, though. They also sell quite a bit more on YJA than the website.

If you don't want to commission customs, YJA is going to have your broadest range.

if you really Really really want Volks-made outfits, you'll have to hit up Y!J or DollfieWorld]]

otherwise, just go thru this thread & pick whichever links you like

viewtopic.php?f=34&t=10440

also the Marketplace... we all keep constantly fidgeting and posting things or trading things, or some people outright commission/custom-make things....

Thank you so much for the replying. Those information is really helpful.

BTW, how to shop at Y!JA in America? Do I need to find the intermediary who lives in Japan to buy the stuffs?

Mandarake is a second-hand chain of stores in Japan, and you can buy directly from their website

Y!J will need a middleman service. something like ShoppingMallJapan or whatever... search some older threads, this came up before

Ohh, some nice links and stores in here.

Regarding Mandarake/Y!JA I guess some caution is needed? Never used either of these yet for anything. I guess the same rules as Ebay apply? Check reviews/history of the seller.

Not for Mandarake.

Mandarake isn't separate sellers the same way YJA and eBay is. Mandarake is a chain of stores in Japan that sells secondhand goods and it's the actual stores listing their products online.

I have ordered one doll from Mandarake and I must say that it was the best service I've had in the 10 years I've been in the dolly (BJD mostly) hobby. I paid for my order, 2 hours later I received a notification that my order was shipped(I chose EMS) and 2 days later, literally 2 DAYS!!! the doll was in my hands. That was the fastest shipping ever because I always choose EMS and it always takes 1 week or so to arrive but with this one it was faster than ordering from Amazon prime XD Highly recommended!
