Lots of folks love the DDH-06 head and pairing it with a DDdy body makes a doll very similar to the standard "Miko" that Volks offers - when it's not sold out. Many of us also have resin dolls, so you should feel at ease here. The bigger form of the DDdy body allows her to wear some clothes designed for their SD16, so your choices in what to dress her in can be different from what is designed for the slimmer DD & DDS.
