Can't get my DDS arm back on? @_@

Two parter here, I decided to change out the bust and eyes on my DDS Marisa this afternoon, first things first: I can't get the head off for the life of me I've never had a problem with my other girls but hers seems to really be stuck on.

 

2nd, while dealing with the head I felt the joints around her torso and knees were a bit loose...somehow I ended up completely disassembling her and now her torso is even looser and I can't get the knee joints attached to the thighs and the thighs properly attached to the torso.

 

Any assembling help would be much appreciated as I'm very frustrated and just want my girly back

 

edit: (from post below) Now if anyone can help 1) the shoulder joints (just the frame) won't go in. How far are they supposed to go? I might have pushed them far enough but I don't think so...the ball join isn't really close to the torso frame. 2) The "skin" part of the shoulder ended up sliding off, it slid off really easy but it won't go back on

About her head, all I can suggest is to make sure you're pulling it off at the proper angle, since the inner "spike" of her neck attachment points backward. Hold tight at the top of her neck where the neck attachment ball is when you're pulling.

 

I've had trouble putting DD legs back on too. If you warm up her vinyl thigh pieces a little with a hair dryer, you can squeeze them back far enough to see inside where the joints go together.
