Dollfie Dreams that Volks should make

I'd adore a girl from Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu =D I just love that art style so much I know it'd make a wonderful dolly ^_^

Im hoping for the old school anime characters like Miyaka and Yui from Fushigi Yuugi be the next release from Volks!!!

There's talk that there be an FLCL remake... not sure how I feel about them making a different version of my favorite anime ever, but if that means I can have more merch, I'm for it... and please please please a DD of Haruko!!!

I just don't know how they decide which characters to make. It seems they just do random stuff. if it where me i'd make all the crap i could.

Girls -I'm not sure how well the style would translate, but I'd love some Dangan Ronpa characters, especially Chiaki. I have seen fanmade Junkos that looked pretty great.

 

Male charcters - Kaito, ToukenRanbu boys.

Hmmm....that's a really good question. Since this is a really long thread I've only read about 10 pages or so, forgive if someone else has said it. But Chibi Usa from the sailor series, she would definitely have the mini dollfie dream body. But I also like when she turns into Dark Lady, ooh! Maybe even have a decal sticker set to take an older Chibi Usa and turn her into Dark Lady. Though since she's Usagi's daughter I think the sailor moon sculpt would work out just fine with a different face up, eyes, and a wig. Plus, there would have to be alternate outfits such as the school uniform and lounge wear. I'm getting so excited about this I might go run off and make my own!

I really want a Gilgamesh doll. I could display him near Saber Alter! They would be SO cute!

But I'd also like Akiha Tohno, Ryougi Shiki and Archetype: Earth too.

I've posted on this thread once but it's been a while so I'll respond again with an updated list:

 

1. Dollfie Dream Dynamite Yamato from Kantai Collection. Or a Dollfie Dream Kongo would work too.

2. Dollfie Dream Sister Nagisa Momoe. I'd like if they did her Charlotte-like face she does in the beginning, but her regular face would work also.

3. DDDy Luka Megurine (4VX would be absolutely perfect) or DDS Mayu. Luka would have a similar sculpt to Miku most likely, but how fun would that be? Especially if they included Tako like they did Sorbet and Melty? And she could have optional outfits too like the one from "Just be Friends" and "Senbonzakura"! And Mayu could also have her bunny/microphone... Although both main outfits for the two characters would probably be stain monsters since they're both mainly composed of black/darker colors.

I don't really care what DD Volks makes as long as it is not Merry Nightmare or Corticarte Apa Lagranges. I'm pretty sure they won't ever make them too ^^

 

Maybe more Vocaloids or Touhou characters.

I would LOVE it if VOLKS made DDs of the characters from Wakaba Girl (especially if they were MDDs) or the Monogatari series.

Yes! Ever since they announced the Kagamine twins, I'm really crossing my fingers for a DD Luka I'd love her default outfit, and it would be so cool to have the Just Be Friends outfit as an option too...I'm actually wanting to make a custom of her JBF look.

 

Also, I think a DD of Lili De Rochefort from Tekken would be so pretty! She already has doll-like features and style and I think she would make such a stunning 1/3 doll!

If you do that I'd love to see it! And speaking of the Kagamines, I'd love if they'd do their "Daughter of Evil" and "Servant of Evil" outfits, especially the former. I'm a sucker for dresses like that, and seeing how they did the Mademoiselle and Madame outfits earlier this year, I don't see how they couldn't do it.

I'd also totally love for them to make Luka. I would also be a huge sucker for a Gumi. I think she'd be great too.

xD Ah yes, the ruiner of projects: Funds. But at least you can get to it eventually! And I wouldn't be surprised on that either, since all the characters have their own individual Senbonzakura outfits, nor would I be shocked on if they got their Meltdown outfits.

Dream girl would be Holo from Spice & Wolf. Would also love to see Volks make a MDD Miyu Edelfelt from Prisma Illya (to match the latest Illya release)! I would die of joy if Volks ever released a Sakura Kinomoto (though I feel like they would only release such a popular character to their SD line, like Belldandy).

I doubt this anime is nearly well known enough to constitute a doll, but Haydée from Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo would be absolutely fantastic. The entire series is a fever dream of colours and designs, moving textures and patterns, and, as much hell as cloth dyed that many shades would wreck on her white skin, she's probably the only doll I, personally, would happily lay down up to $2,000 on.

But, ah, dreamers will be dreamers.

 

On a equally dreamy note, anyone from Castlevania, especially if they're from the styling of Ayami Kojima. While not terribly 'anime' in the typical sense, there's still a lot of that stylistic influence upon the designs, and I wouldn't be surprised if Volks could make something work. Maria Renard or Mina Hakuba would probably be foremost amongst Castlevania's (admittingly) lacking female cast and the easiest to transfer over into a DD.

Of course, Castlevania isn't nearly popular enough to make into a DD, but, again, dreamers will be dreamers.

 

On a slightly baffled note, I'm honestly pretty surprised that there hasn't been a DD (or probably a DDy) modeled after Morrigan Aensland from Darkstalkers. She seems prevalent enough in gaming, and has a chest plenty big enough, to warrant a limited. Granted, there'd be some weird sculpting things going on with her, given her wings and head-wings, but Volks has their ways of working their magic with stuff like that. The amount of money they could make with a launch like that would be mindboggling.

I just hope they release more characters of the Persona 4 game and tons of cute outfits.

I haven't seen an official one, but I think Arcueid from Tsukihime should get one. I'm a pretty big fan of TM's German characters, so I'd be happy with something like that =]
