Hello from Tennessee!

Hello there! I'm Ajah and I'm from Memphis, Tennessee! I have been a long time admirer of BJD's but I wasn't really that interested in Dollfie Dreams. However, after I obtained a Mirai Smart Doll and later on the Dollfie Dream Miku, I have changed my tune.

 

I joined because I wanted a place where I could talk about my dolls with others and share stuff I've made and learn more about Dollfie Dreams. I want to learn to do faceups and customization and get feedback for stuff I have made and might sell in the future. Overall I'm just glad I found somewhere to hang out with other doll owners haha.

 

Other than those two, I have one Azone, four Pullips (one being a custom), and a small assembly of Monster High dolls that are mostly customs. (I'd like to get my hands on one of the new 17 inch dolls!) My next goal is to get a DDS Momo and maybe someday own a few resin dolls as well.

 

Other things about me: I'm a comic artist, Illustrator, writer, and newbie crafter. I'm 28 but I don't think I'm too old for dolls!

Welcome to the forum! Lots of folks here started with Resin BJDs & other dolls before arriving at DD ownership, so you're among like-minded people. This is a great place for all the reasons you mentioned, and I'm sure you'll contribute your own flavor to the mix. Make yourself at home!
