Has anyone seen news in Volks lately?

 

They bringing new outfits for Hatsune Miku and new DDs coming , Kagamine Len & Rin, which mean there will be male body DD ?

Crap, now what?? I can't even think straight at the moment. All I'm wondering is #1 are Rin & Len going to be preorders, and #2 what the heck do I do with two Snow Miku??

 

I was SO VERY, VERY wondering if the Smart Doll boy would finally kick Volks enough to do a male body. They better not half-ass this! I don't want Len to be a SS bust! I have a hybrid DDS boy already, I'm tired of boys not quite looking like boys.

 

IF Volks does a vinyl DD boy, the better make one in MDD size too! Tama has waited nearly four years to be a proper Volks MDD boy!!!

 

I can already hear Miku cackling in the background... I knew she was up to something after she got here and wouldn't shut up about her friends. I think she talked too much with Rainie.

Dang it, Volks! How can you do this to me. You had to know that I needed at least one year off from having to save up all year for the next pre-order, but there's just no way to not get Rin and Len. The only thing that could possibly make things worse would be for them to do a second per-order later in the year for Luka like they did for the Snow Miku (and these had better be pre-orders because otherwise I'd be totally sunk).

Miku's product will never stop.

I'm so excited for male DDs, the Smartdoll boy ended up being a bit of a disappointment for me so here's to hoping Emiko will eventually get her boyfriend from Volks! ;u; As long as they don't go overboard with muscles and keep the torso joint at the waist (and make unitorsos available for those who are bugged by waist joints), they can't go wrong! ♥

It's great to finally see some of the other Vocaloids in DD form Rin is my favorite and I look forward to seeing the final product As for Len I'm going to hold out for actual pictures of the body they will use for him. I wouldn't put it past Volks to think it would be fine to give him a SS-Bust and call it a day. Or perhaps even just making a male bust, but keeping the rest of the body the same. But of course I would love for Volks to accept the challenge of making a legit male body though When I look at Rin I think the DDS body, but a MDD body would be super cute as well~

 

The Ribbon Girl Oufit Set is adorable and I can't wait to see actual product photos! Kinda wish I could see the front of the Siren Dress Set, but from what I can see I can pass on that one.

Len being on a unique body that is never generally released with no replacement parts is another possible idea. Going that route would be terrible though... But they have done it before in the past like with Kanu. Anything & everything is possible right now Really hoping once pictures come out that they will confirm right away what his body type will be.

Indeed. I know I am not worried I am in need of a 65cm obitsu guy then a smart doll guy and my family is finished (other then grail dolls that is) but I know many was crying out for a male DD and a official male DD is really needed.

I'm glad your male body needs have been met by other companies who were up to the task hehe I do want to have a guy, but I have no plans right now. But definitely keeping my fingers crossed for Len to be everything his potential owners want him to be

I'm curious as to whether Rin and Len will be shorter than Miku or not. Typically artwork depicts them as shorter than her, making Rin a DDS and Len between DDS and DD size. But since this could potentially be their first male, they may ignore that and make them DD size. There are more established clothes for that size too, I have an Obitsu 55 guy and it's a b**** to find him pants.

 

If he is a true male in DD size, I wonder if they'd go back and release Kirito~

For those who don't know, Miku, Rin & Len are all Vocaloids from Crypton. They also have Luka, Kaito and Meiko. So I'm not expecting that other Vocaloids like Kamui Gackpo (Internet Co., Ltd.) or my beloved Kiyoteru sensei (AH-Software Co. Ltd.) will ever be made into DD since they are owned by other companies.

 

Raven and I have been planning on making our version of Luka at some point, I had already started on my Rin & Len custom DD (but at least it's not enough to be anything permanent) and Kaito has been pushed up the list rather rapidly since Miku got here. So personally If they don't do all the Crypton Vocaloids I'll be mad. (Meiko? No, I didn't forget to include her, I just don't like her.)

 

As for Len's body, I'm expecting Volks to underwhelm me. In my assumption there's a 50% chance that they will plop the SS bust on him, but if they don't I'm assuming that they will just make a male bust to put on the DD body. That's another thing too... I'm also expecting that they will be DD instead of DDS like they should be. MOMO should have been an MDD, not the DDS that they made her to be. I'm hoping that Volk will at least pay attention to the Project Diva games or the images from the concerts... Rin & Len are not supposed to be the same height as Miku, they are shorter. Kaito would be DD height but not Len. If they screw that up I'll want to punch somebody. I have been disappointed by Volks before so I'm not holding out hope that they will actually go the extra mile and make a full boy body. If by the slimmest chance that they do, it increases the chances that he will be DD size, not DDS.

 

Oh man Volks, why do you do this to me? This is the first time you've released DD of characters I've loved long before I even had a clue what DD were. How long are you going to viciously tease us without any real info other than just a drawing?

 

Please, please, please let them be a preorder.

Woooow, what a surprise I come to today! I'm super excited! I've been playing Project Diva F and the other Vocaloids have been growing on me :3 Before I was more meh about the other Crypton vocaloids. My favorite vocaloids are Miku and IA, and I love SeeU's design though I only have heard a few songs by her.

 

For Len's body... I wonder if Volks will make at least new torso pieces for him, if not legs and arms. They've made special torsos for the Im@s DDs, Alisa, and the SS busts, so it's no longer a stretch to imagine them making more special body pieces.

Wha--Rin and LEN!? @_@ I'm gonna have to see the actual dolls before I make any judgments, but I'm certainly intrigued at any rate.

 

And that Siren dress is interesting, too--not a common color combo, but it seems to work anyway. (Don't really care about the school uniform at all.) But. . . looks like there's more bust than she normally has? :/ Is it falsies, or did they put a different bust on her?
