I've been in the BJD hobby for quite a while now but just started to get interested in Dollfie Dreams about a year or two ago. I am looking forward to learning a lot more about them here. I have one resin BJD at the moment, a VOLKS 2010 renewal standard Megu named Nadeko. Someday, I'd also like to own a MDD H-01 but for now I'll just admire your DDs. Random facts about me: I'm vegan, I love hats, I'm trilingual, my favorite color is red, I can't stand the heat, I just graduated from university, and I dance~ My username on Den of Angels is also Chibi_Rat. I started out the same way, admiring from afar. I hope you're able to find an MDD that grabs your attention. There's news of a new MDD boy in development too which is a first in many things for Volks vinyl dolls. Anyway your random facts made me giggle. If you happen to see her on the forums, maybe you should say hi, as you already both seem to like tiny rodents! (I've purchased a second-hand wig from her, so I can assure you she doesn't bite) I'd also like to know more about you! You mentioned you're trilingual... what languages (besides English) do you speak? How long have you had Nadeko? Is she second-hand? Does she have a company faceup? Also, if you haven't checked it out yet, there's a popular thread with links to cute customs of DD heads on Yahoo!Japan Auctions, and most of them are MDD-01! While some are pricey, they are extremely well made and occasionally come as a full set- head, eyes, wig, clothes, and a body (typically MMD bodies) together! Yeah, I saw her username and thought it was funny too, what a small world it is~ I speak English and Spanish fluently and also know Japanese (but it's not as good as my English or Spanish). In November I will have had Nadeko for 3 years (the time flies super fast), I got her directly from VOLKS and she still has the default face-up and eyes, her wig changes depending on the outfit but I really love her default wig.
