baldylox Posted October 18, 2011 Everyone knows Dollfies LOVE getting presents. And everyone also knows that presents that just happen to be shoes are VERY popular. So when I recently ordered some shoes from Mint On Card, I knew my girls would be happy to see them. The shoes arrived and the first girls I saw were Yoko and Yukino. They were playing tic-tac-toe in the living room so I let them open up the box and enjoy the presents. I'm not sure who's winning just yet... Yoko was still wearing one of the dresses she got as an anniversary gift. She likes the flower I think. Yukino is wearing a one piece from Nine9 Style. Hey girls, sorry to interrupt your game but I have a package you might be interested in. Yukino - "Where is it from Yoko?" Yoko - "It's from Mint On Card! It must be clothes!" Both girls together - "SHOOOOOES!!!" "Ohboyohboyohboy! Can we try them on Papa?" "There are so many of them!" Wrapping goes flying and plastic bags are ripped open.... shoes are then modeled. I love this pose for Yukino. And this is too cute! Sexy Yoko is sexy.... The girls sitting together this time, I suppose for maximum cuteness. "I love this shade of blue!" I needed different styles and colors and finally ordering a bunch was nice. Now I can use them with outfits I had to wonder what shoes to choose. And I'm glad you like seeing Yoko and Yukino together. I think they are pretty sweet playing and trying on shoes. Billy I gave up counting the girls I own, they keep multiplying and won't stop. Seeing your pics I gor really motivated to get them. Did you saw those pretty shoes in pre-order? Some looks fabulous and with a fair priced. But I don´t know if I could deal with the long wait... They were such a good price tho, I figured I might as well grab as many as they had while I could still afford them. Yoko and Yukino had a blast modeling them but they know they will have to share these with their sisters. Wow, that's a lot of shoes. I'm too feeble to count, just how many pairs did your girls score? Nine pairs total. And at less than $60 total including shipping I think I did really well. I was short on white shoes and I only had 2 pairs of sneakers so this makes it way easier to match shoes with outfits now. I'm very happy with them all, the quality is good overall and for the price, they can't be beat. I did see some of the preorder shoes but I also hate waiting. I love all the sneakers, they're way cute! And yes, these shoes didn't cost over $10 per pair. The black and white ones with the little flowers on them were $10 per pair, the sneakers were all $6 per pair and the single colored shiny ones with polka dot bows on the front were all $4 per pair. I think the cherry slip on shoes were either $4 or $6 for the pair but I can't recall right now. Mint on Card is a nice place for shoes as well as clothing. You might want to check them out sometime.
