Hardly a surprise, but tan Chitose's release is confirmed.

 

How'm I supposed to choose between her or Ebony :c

 

 

This is really throwing a wrench in my "what to buy while in Japan" plans.

Ok, this is probably a silly question, but is Chitose a different sculpt from the other Smart Dolls, or are they just THAT good at faceups?

Chitose is a new sculpt. Every other girl is the same sculpt with different faceup (and skintone in Ebony's case)

Since there are at least two more of the core Choo characters to get dolls im interested to see if theyll have the Mirai sculpt, Chitose sculpt or another new one.

Danny has confirmed tan Chitose will be out in June.

Okay, so sorry for the slight necro, but since Danny has come forward with the USB/charger/Miraicomp things, I find myself in desperate need of a tan Chitose in my life. Some friends decided they were going to get me a desktop gaming setup and I can't help but imagine how great it would be to have a little USB girl to go with it!

 

Is it okay to request some pic spam? Either skin tone is very much welcome!

My Chitose is on her way as of early this morning. She shipped earlier than I expected! I'd love to see more pictures of Chitose to hold me over!

Sorry for the awful phone pictures. My Chitose arrived today! He's currently wearing Volks SD13 boy clothes. Parts of some set.. I think I'm going to go look at fabric today though, maybe start sewing.

Chitose makes an adorable boy! Did you just use the extra small chest or put the head on an Eiji body? I'm assuming the former since the hands look more feminine.

The green eyes look great too.

Thank you! Right now he's just on the female body with the xs chest! I think I'm going to be sewing some clothes soon; I started with trying to make some pants today, but I failed. Tomorrow is another day!

Would it be ok to ask for some close up photos of Chitoses mouth and eyelashes/eye make-up? (I am interested in seeing the mouth, to determine how much of a "frown" she has)

I sort of wish that custom or alterations to the faceups were offered, heh. Does anyone else feel that her eyelashes are a bit much or too evident..?

While it would be possible to repaint the lips to make them closed (I'm usually meh about teeth on dolls, but I kinda like these) you might have to do more than just redoing her mouth. There's a big patch of blushing between her lips and her chin.

Thank you! I hope to get him a better wig and clothes soon. The pants that he's wearing are SD13 Kazuya Kujo pants, so I'm hoping to get more Volks SD13-sized boy pants soon!

I have basically decided to get Chitose, either Shirasawa or Kasshuko. However, I'm only seeing photos of her in the default greyish white wig and I was planning to use a darker brown wig with red streaks in it. So I'm now wondering if anybody has seen her in darker wigs and what that would look like.
