Smart Doll Chitose Shirasawa

I think she looks more mature somehow!

I do kind of hope that the tan Chitose does end up with a different facial expression. Ebony is basically tanned Mirai/Kizuna, and her faceup is different, and Crimson's face is also different to Eiji's.

I think it'd be nice to see a smiling Chitose personally.

I was waiting for Danny to finally make Chitose in Tan. It has finally happened and I love her The want is real and I really hope to see her available in the future She's my favorite of all the girls released

He just added that he'll release her only if theres significant demand...but there already seems to be, so no problem there lol. But he'll want to get Crimson and Harmony out first.

Oh a tan Chitose was potentially on my want list, and this confirms it. I definitely want that girl.

Chitose's chubby cheeks look great in tan.

 

I wish Danny offered a build-a-doll option. I would love Chitose's sculpt with Ebony's hair & eyes.

Ahhh I was hoping for a Chitose in tan and wow she looks great. Hope there is enough demand and that Danny does indeed release her.

Just wanted to come in to poste picture of Chitose head on mdd body. This was requested by people on Facebook. Sorry for the poor quality of the picture.

IMHO It could work. However since Chitose's head is a tad narrower then a regular mdd head it only work with a poofy wig. Also no modification is required. The smart doll head hole is a bit smaller so it was a tad bit hard to put her on the mdd body.

She looks really cute on that body- and people seem to want her shorter. She looks adorable!

I think Chitose on an MDD body is the cutest thing I've seen!

Oh gosh she's so cute on an MDD body!! I thought about maybe putting her on a DDS body when I get her, but I still haven't fully decided if I want her or not. All of these cute photos aren't swaying me much lol

Did some crappy image manipulation to try to see if tan Chitose would work better for shelling an OC than Ebony would as I originally planned. It'd take more editing, since Chitose has grey eyebrows and I'd need to repaint those, but she looks so cute! I think I actually like this better.

I also flipped her mouth upside down (and extended the lines on either side slightly) just to see how she'd look smiling. (the image has also been flipped horizontally solely because my OC's hair parts on the other side)

My OC aside, what do you think of a smiling Chitose? If Danny does go ahead and make the tan version, would you want her to look identical to the regular Chitose or do you think she should have a new expression?

Plus the problem would be that Danny would have to produce a whole new head mold for the smiling face, which would be pretty expensive. But she does look cute with the smile.

Would he really, though? I mean to get it exactly like my pic you might since I flipped her mouth shape upside down, but I'm sure it's possible to make her smile with a different faceup. It's not like her actual facial expression is what's sculpted there, it seems similar to the DDH01 mouth where the mouth can be a pout, a frown or a smile depending on how you paint it.

There's already been repaints of all the other smart dolls so I guess I'll just have to wait for someone to repaint a smile on Chitose to see how well it works with her sculpt.

 

I like her default face but I also would think it a bit weird if tan Chitose had the same faceup given that Ebony and Crimson have different faceups to Mirai and Eiji.

I hope that if a tan version of Chitose is released she has the original default face-up as it is much better suited to the character I have in mind for this doll. It would be just my bad luck if it was changed

A smiling Chitose would be awesome!

She is the one from the smart dolls I want to see (I don´t dislike the others, but she looks uniquer than the others).

I'd love a smiling version but the cute expression she has right now is just precious. She looks gorgeous in tan though I'm so tempted

Hardly a surprise, but tan Chitose's release is confirmed.

 

How'm I supposed to choose between her or Ebony :c
