I'm really irritated. ;///~///; I've edited numerous images to make the file size smaller, on both photo editing software and Photoshop CC. I tried uploading a gif, it didn't work no matter how small and same with images. Could someone help me? I did all to decrease image size but to no success. Is KiB the same as KB?? If I remember correctly, then GIF isn't supported. Edit: Just realized your current avatar is GIF Also, make sure both the file size and physical size requirements are met (Physical size:100x100 pixels, file size:16.00 KiB). One way to get the file size down while keeping the physical size is to lower the JPG quality. For example, PhotoShop 4 has a quality setting on the Save for Web & Devices dialog.
