Can someone help me? ;__;

Alright, so I was browsing around Jungle and I found this cute maid set and I wanted to buy it, a few days later my parents said I could buy it. Excited, I hurriedly entered my dad's credit card information, however the card got declined, so they said I can try the PayPal route, so I did. It got declined, again.

 

Basically, I just need some help as to why I cannot buy the maid dress. ;~; I've been trying to buy it for a week already. They say the card is "declined by the card issuer."

wait.. is the PP info linked to the credit card? 'cause then it's just declining the exact same thing....

 

Also, if you kept trying the same card for a week, perhaps now the bank thinks there's something fishy and blocking it

it is, I tried using only the credit card but it directs me to pay using PayPal.

And well, I've heard Jungle was a good site to buy from.. ;-;

My credit card automatically blocks all foreign transactions, no matter how trust-worthy the company, unless I call them and have them add certain countries to my transaction list. So if your bank isn't used to seeing foreign transactions (Jungle is located in Japan), they might block it based on location.

if the card has never been used outside of the country, most of the time it will automatically flag as suspicious and be blocked out. Calling the issuer will get to the bottom of it.
