Question about Mandarake check out/ payment

I've bought stuff from Mandarake many times, and the procedure was submit my order & wait for them to see if it was in stock, then pay. Today I bought a DD body and went through the entire payment process. So are some items not stocked in the physical shops and only sold through the web shop? Or do they now take payment before checking stock, then refund if the item has sold?

 

Wasn't sure where to ask as it's not strictly DD related- move to appropriate forum if necessary

Mandarake's webstore regroup all Mandarake stores in Japan. They all have physical stocks they must check when you order through the webstore.

Except the Mandarake SAHRA which sells only through the webstore. SO if you ordered from this one, they don't have to check since all the items they listed on the webstore are in-stock anyway. ^^

OK, it was from the SAHRA store that I ordered from. Thanks for the quick reply I didn't know they had a strictly online shop; good to know!
