e2works Posted November 12, 2015 Just thought I'd intro myself here for future interactions! Hi, I'm e2works and I reside in SoCal (north SD area). I am long time figure collector and (was once a) dollfie ogler. I finally committed and got a base DDS Mayu as a first that I was going to spoil, but shortly afterwards I adopted a Miku and being the big Miku fan I am... I've kinda just committed on collecting everything of her for the time being (I'm so sorry Mayu! Please endure...). Needless to say this is yet another expensive hobby I picked up so my pacing is really slow lol. Anyways I registered a long time ago but didn't browse much because I soft-ban myself from fig/dollfie forums and websites so I don't get tempted to buy everything (huge lesson). But now I'm here because I need to learn things and this looks like a great place to do that. Anyway that's that. Oh and here's one of the reasons/hobbies why my pacing is slow. Having a lot of hobbies is expensive. This is why I'll be single forever; no money to go out on fancy dates with, no attention and time to spare (besides the fact that I collect figurines and dolls of cartoon girls LOL). I'm brand new too and also in Socal, Orange County area I'm getting my first doll, a hybrid DDS Melty with customized Obitsu head and outfit soon and I'm super excited. I feel you on the expensive hobby part.. I'm into cosplaying and collecting figures as well, and also playing MMOs. So this is just the next new thing to make me broke! haha.
