Hybriding question: Small bust on a DDdy?

I have an idea for a character I would like to Dollfie dreamify, but she needs a small bust and big hips

I've looked all over and I can't seem to find any photos or information. Is it possible to hybrid a DDdy body with a DD small bust?

In fact, I think I have a spare medium DD bust, maybe I will do an alternate bust for my DDdy girl for fun.
