Rin Tohsaka and Takane Shijou

Takane hype train choooo choooo!

 

 

Volks needs to pull her wig up a few mm. I am assuming she is semi white, L bust single torso DD? Or maybe M bust? The photo makes her look overly pale with the lighting.

Decided I need the BTSSB outfit

Call me blasphemous but I prefer the new Rin's wig. I always thought the old one looked rather messy and the bangs so styled they were almost greasy looking. The new one looks easier to take care of.

 

But although I like Rin I can't see myself owning her. Does anyone else find it much easier to resist new releases when you know you absolutely can't afford any fullsets?

OMG Rin!!! That was the first doll I remembered being awed at. I would love to have her.

 

Takane seems more playful than mysterious. She's still pretty, but face is not really fitting with

her personality.

RIN!! *____* She's one of those character dolls that I'd want as a fullset because I love, love her character... the older release of her seemed a little plain to me, but now with this new face up - wow she looks so much prettier! Volks' face ups have definitely evolved over the years. Her eyes seem to have more life in them, as well. I love everything about this Rin! ♥

 

And wow Takane - Volks you are really killing me with the sexy mature ladies- ! First Sheryl and now her, oh my gosh~ *///////* ♥ Takane doesn't interest me as a fullset, though, I'd only want her head for customisation purposes.

Yeah... especially after hunting down Sheryl on the aftermarket, my financial situation isn't the best right now so I probably can't even afford to apply for Rin as a fullset. .___. Takane is a possibility since I only want her head...

Oh, RIN!! I think she was the second DD that I knew I really wanted!! (Yukino was first.) Hmm... I may have to try for her!!! She's beautiful!!

 

I like Takane very much, she is so pale and lovely.

A re-release of Rin??? Nooooooooooooooooo!!!

 

That sculpt has been on my list for a very long time for a specific boy I've so wanted to do. Kenji from Katawa Shoujo. Dang you Kenji! Insane little bastard why do you aim to drive me nuts?? He's the only one who could seriously freak Dolly out. And Ralph? Mister cool as a cubleepber would be amused for a very long time fanning the flame of Kenji's paranoia.

 

Excuse me while I go sit in a corner and cry. Or grow mushrooms Tamaki style.

Volks, please have mercy on my wallet. New Rin looks gorgeous and I'm so tempted. I was considering making a custom Rin and now this happens... As for Takane, even though I'm not familiar with her, I do like her sculpt quite a bit.

I really wonder about takane skin tone would be funny if volks re-introduce the troublesome white skin but still really pretty

Oh shit! My wallet is screwed (if I win the lottery)

I tried for both Kirika and Alisa v.2 last time (lost both), why not try again for both this time too?

The more I see of Takane the more I want her head. Zero interest in the outfit and I don't really have use for the body, but I love her face... may have to investigate upcoming splits. But I think most people will be like me and just want her head. >.

Rin was quite unexpected to me. I adore her as a character but that mold... In my opinion it's not Rin'nish at all so perfectly safe here unfortunately

 

But Takane... Well, a couple of weeks already I was gloomy cause I haven't preordered Sheryl. But last year I didn't totally like her, she has small eyes, parted lips, L-bust, unpractical clothes. And this morning when I saw first picture of Takane and she has the same problems plus sw-skin and that silver wig (already see that quality is no good just like Melty's)... But somehow I'm totally sold. And I want her so much that I will monitor auctions if I won't have luck with lottery

If I get Takane I'll definitely be selling her body and outfit, Probably the wig and maybe the eyes too, so if anyone is interested in those things you're possibly in luck.

I always told myself that if they EVER released Rin again, I'd go for her. But I'm not 100% sure that this Rin is the Rin I want. She looks good, I know that. But I love the original one and this one isn't the same to me. I'm really torn with this but if I see more photos of her head/face then maybe I can make a decision.

I'm about 51/49 for/against her right now, we'll see how that changes with more images.

So much want. I've wanted a Rin for a while. Going for both. Take all my money please.

I'm kinda resenting Takane.. She has lips like Sheryl was suppose to have.

She still is very pretty, but looks too much like Sheryl for me. So I'm safe on not wanting either.

 

I hope those that want Rin or Takane are able to get them!

I've never even thought of Rin getting a release, this really came out of the blue.

 

Does anyone think Volks might do a new version of the "normal" Saber as well?

Aw shoot, I really wanted to like Rin more - just her face doesn't seem to capture her personality from Unlimited at all... it seems too standard, which yeah its the same head mold - the re-release and new paintjob business model is something I'm not much of a fan of. I want some firey Rin, not china doll Rin (if that makes sense XD)

 

Takane is kinda like Sheryl just with more narrow eyes - she's adorable but I wonder if they'll keep that open mouth design thru to the end too or scale it back like they did with Sheryl

 

PS - i love Rin's outfit and necklace and/or eyes, so if anyone wants to spliiiiiiiiiit ;D

I haven't gotten too far in F/SN: UBW, but I do know that as a doll, this v.2 Rin is so pretty! I would love to enter for her, but I am going to have to pass. I hope to see some on this forum
