Rin Tohsaka and Takane Shijou

I'm sure I'll be at someone's mercy for either Rin or Takane or both...keep me in mind folks that have multiple entries rolling.

I do have a question pertaining to the lottery. Maybe I didn't read it clear. Is it possible to enter for both Rin and Takane under the same account?

Yes. You can't enter multiple times per doll on same account, but entering once for each girl? Absolutely you can.

this is why there is Sheet A and Sheet B - to give you an entre "ticket" for whichever girl you want, or both of them

Good grief man! EIGHT entries? If you don't get at least ONE item from all that, I'd be pretty surprised. But let's hope you wind up with a Rin and uniform!

I actually didn't enter for the uniform, I've got Sakura's. Not that it wouldn't be nice to have, but I'd use it for like one photo shoot, and stick it in my clothes box. Plus I need to save for the other Rin ver. 2... (Shibuya)

 

Yeah, hopefully one of these entries pays off. Rin is my favorite F/SN character, and one of my favorite DDs.

Billy, we have had more entries than 8 before and still got nothing. But that does not make us give up looking for her.

 

 

I have a feeling that this Rin-chan is going to be harder to get than the previous one was, thanks to the expansion of the doll market in the 6.5 years since the original Tohsaka came out. Nevertheless, count me in for Rin v2! As if I could say no to getting more Rins. She's my avatar, after all.

 

(My family used to joke that I wanted to Collect ALL the Rins, since I'd consider buying another one every time I randomly saw her in a secondhand store while out and about.)

 

It will be interesting to compare the new v2 default and uniform to the old ones. I'm looking forward to seeing if they've tweaked the design a bit to accommodate the small difference in the way the clothes sit on the DD3 body.

 

Couldn't take it anymore and threw in my entries. I only entered for her uniform on the USA site. My parnts didn't like the bumped cost and neither did I tbh. Hopefully if I don't luck out there will be extras to get from at least one of you guys. Same for Takane but I haven't seen as many on here entering for her. Ed and I were talking about this the other night and he was pointing out how many differences he could see between them just from the Volks promo pics. Things like the shoes, cuffs, shirt, etc. I'm hoping to get one even if I don't get Rin herself because I love that uniform.

I hope they do have a lot of backups that aren't scalpers! That means if I miss out and there aren't any spares on here those of us that want her might be able to snatch her up for a decent price of YJA! Ideally I want to just outright win her but I at least want that to be a possibility.

i wonder if takane shijou will also look good in any other hair style / colour, not like miku that only look good on her default wig. at this point i think volks should do bald head photo shoot on their promotional photo

In my opinion, the only reason Miku looks best in her default is because her eyebrows are blue. I've seen pictures where she's wearing a different-colored wig that hides the eyebrows, and she looks great! Since Takane has light gray brows, I don't think it'd be as difficult to find a good wig as with Miku; any light-colored wig will probably be fine, and even with darker wigs, there are lots of people with dark hair and lighter brows.

This! I've put everything from blonde to pink on her and it only looks funny if her eyebrows show. Takane's are a light neutral kind of color so they'll be fine.

Just put in an application for Rin to help my boyfriend, he has one in as well. We're still deciding if we should go to Dolpa or not given the win rate is higher there and I believe it is ok to have one web application + Dolpa application.

 

Only tried entering once in the past and didn't win (Asuna in the international lottery). Seems Rin will be a hard one given the amount entering here.

Finally entered the US lottery for Rin. I really hope I can win her in the international lottery as ooh boy that tax and $170 price raise. I don't think I'll win her on either side, sadly

I've wanted Rin since I first starting collecting, so I'm really hoping I can win the lottery for her. If not I would be interested in buying her and her full set from any of you that end up winning her from multiple orders. So please keep me in mind for this. (US only)

Hi all! My apologizes for asking a question that has already been asked, but can you entire both the US and International online lottery for Rin? I remember this topic being discussed but sadly I do not remember the final answer
