Razzy Posted November 24, 2015 So, I'm here to make my little contribution to the picspam from the Atlanta BJD Convention this year. This is the third year of the con and my third year going, and while it was small and had a few hiccups, I enjoyed myself and plan on returning next year. Hopefully the convention will grow over time, but either way I feel like having the opportunity to meet some amazing people from this site was well worth the travel and expenses. (Seriously, I'm so stoked to have met all of you and cannot wait to hang out again in the future!) I don't have nearly as many photos as I would have liked (crunched for time plus poor indoor lighting), but here's what I managed to get! Later, some of us took our girls out for some pretty outdoor photos. Like I mentioned before, I had loads of fun at this event and will happily attend next year. I apologize for not naming members here; there were quite a few and I can't spell all of your names from memory, but you know who you are! Thanks for making this day a blast for me and my dolls. Talolili Posted November 24, 2015 It was such a fun time, I wish I could've taken more pics too but next time I'll be more prepared. Can't wait to do it again.
K-2 Posted November 24, 2015 Your outdoor shots look marvelous! I wish I could have stayed longer. The anthro presentation was very interesting and informative, even to a non-resin collector like me. Thanks for helping to make my trip a brilliant success! I hope to see you again next year.

baldylox Posted November 26, 2015 Thanks for sharing more photos of the panel girls and of your girls too! I was wrapped up in so many things that I didn't get to take as many pics as I wanted to so seeing others views on what happened is nice. I'm glad you enjoyed the panel and the remotes Ed gave out. Those darn things were cute and fun and watching Ed basically throwing handfuls at people was hilarious! We also had a great time and will definitely be going back next year. And we might be there in a different capacity if things go like we want them to.... we've basically told the organizers that we ( Ed, myself, GoodGolly and Lovelily ) want to take over the duties of online presence and marketing, getting the word out to vinyl collectors and arranging things schedule-wise so some of the silly hiccups we had this time won't happen again. I think the organizers were trying to do too many things at once and need more help so that's why we offered to help out as much as we can. One of them seemed very receptive but we didn't get to talk to the other one so hopefully they contact us soon and let us know their thoughts. We'd like to start getting things going as soon as we can so no one is caught off guard again and things get run way more smoothly. Sorry to go off track there but I figured you would want to know since you ran a panel there and had some issues with how things went. Hopefully we can make this thing grow bigger and be better than ever! Billy I gave up counting the girls I own, they keep multiplying and won't stop.
