Has anybody had any issues with this? I've been sending emails to Volks' address shopos@volks.co.jp but have not had any feedback about my Ranka order which was paid in November. It hasn't shipped yet and I was wondering if they were having delays. Thanks.

At home: DD Sakura Shinguji, DDS Yukiho Hagiwara, DD Asuna, DD Rina Ogata, DDS MOMO, DDS Ranko Kanzaki.
