Guten Tag from... Australia

Hello. I've been browsing these forums for a while and I decided to join because I'm whimsical and fun like that. I've been into the resin side of the hobby for about eight years. I received my first DD last year, and half-own another (with my fiancé). I was lucky enough to win a Takane, one of my two favourite iM@S girls (I'm still waiting on Iori), and I've got a couple of DD projects planned to realise OC's (because I'm soooo artistic and creative like you don't even know).

 

I have a lot of other hobbies, and my attention tends to shift between them. Like most of you, I have a passing interest in Japanese pop culture, and I have since I saw Peter Pan no Bouken when I was two. You gotta start early, right? When I'm not doing doll stuff, I can be found reading, writing, playing video games, chilling with guinea pigs or taking photos of Revoltech Woodys.

Thank you! Yeah, I'm really happy with the way they sculpted her. I think the iM@S sculpts have been a bit hit-and-miss. Chihaya and Makoto are pretty much spot-on imho, and Yukiho looks even prettier as a DD. I think they really missed the mark with Miki, though. I don't think the sculpt is bad, per se, it just doesn't look like Miki to me.

I don't know much about the characters, but I'm in love with Yukiho DD. She is one of the only 2 dolls I truly want, that I don't already have at least. Takane is really beautiful but I'm not sure if I want to add her to that list permanently or not yet.
