Pihlajakoto Posted October 28, 2011 I have problems finding stuff to remove face-up. Amazon.co.uk refuses to ship winsor & newton brush cleaner to Finland and bleepblick's shipping is $32 at the cheapest (that price and it still takes 2-3 weeks to deliver?). Does anyone know what the ingredients for winsor & newton brush cleaner are? There is no such thing as rubbing alcohol in pharmacy either. They sell 90% stuff only if you have prescription. Acetone is easy to find, but I don't want to use it. I remember someone mentioning some propyl stuff that works. Does anyone know what was it? Any help is appriciated My blog Pihlajakoto
XOHimitsuOX Posted October 28, 2011 Rubbing alcohol is basically 70% or more isopropyl alcohol and the rest is aqua. I have used 75% isopropyl alcohol and magic sponge to remove my girls faceup. Do they have around 70% isopropyl alcohol in the pharmacy?
Kumi Posted October 28, 2011 I bought high grade isopropyl alcohol (IPA Cleaner) in electronic components store. It's used for electronic equipment cleaning.
Pihlajakoto Posted October 29, 2011 i'll go check pharmacy next week. I did go there once to look for high % alcohol before. Most % alcohol based product were hand disinfectant. Those had oils for handcare in them :/ But now that I know I should be looking for isopropyl 8 think I can find something either in pharmacy or electric store. Thank you!
