Tree Design

Has anyone ordered from Tree Design before? I placed a small order with them, and got registered airmail shipping. It was shipped on the 18th of January, and the last time tracking was updated was January 20th... I've emailed them several times with no response. Their site says shipping will take 5-20 days but its now past that and I'm worried the shipment got lost.

 

Does anyone else have experience with them?

I've ordered from Tree Designs and have been very happy with my orders.

 

It takes up to 20 business days -- that's actually 4 weeks! You can't count Saturday & Sunday when counting shipping days. If it shipped on Jan. 18, your order isn't late until February 15!

 

Currently, it is the Lunar New Year holiday. Most stores shut down during this time and don't reply to emails, especially small shops like Tree Designs. Also, the holiday can delay shipping, and make it take longer than the usual 4 weeks!

 

So I would sit tight and wait patiently until after Feb. 15.

I had something like what Cauldroness is describing happen with a Taobao order. The order basically sat in a Chinese post office for the duration of the Chinese New Year holiday. I can't speak for Korean post, but the Chinese postal service has to cope with a huge volume of packages around Lunar New Year, and that slows things down.

 

I haven't ordered from them, but looking at their site their stuff looks nice and the designs seem to be original. At least I haven't seen them on other bjd sites.

My order took 1.5 weeks to arrive with registered mail ($10) when I placed it back in Fall. The post office is probably swamped because of the Korean New Year.

had no issues with my tree design order. Lunar new year really messes with shipping anything in/through asia. I'm dealing with some chinese factories right now for some materials and they're on a 2 week break that finishes next week.

 

Mail from korea does seem to take longer than mail from hong kong or japan, so I wouldn't start worrying until after 20-30 business days. They don't have guaranteed delivery within a timeframe on standard parcel packages, and anything non ems is going to take time.

I'm new to this thread and I know the post is a few months out of date but hope I can offer additional positive feedback for Tree.

 

I've ordered items from them for roughly 3 years for my OT (resin bjds) dolls. The quality is wonderful. I've received my items as soon as within 5 days of ordering (I typically order EMS) to up to 1 month appox 20 business days for airmail. I've never experienced an unanticipated delay (I always factor in national holidays etc). In most cases, I've always received some sort of other little free gift as well.

 

I've never ordered their "pre-ordered" items so I don't know what the production time would be for those. Everything I've ordered I'm assuming was "in stock" and hence shipped rather quickly. I am in California so shipping from Korea to my city is ridiculously fast; especially for EMS. Like I said, I've received my Tree orders as soon as within 5 days of placing the order.

 

I hope the original poster received their items. Tree is one of my top 5 go to's for my other dolls.

Can anyone comment on the fit of Tree Design lingerie?

 

They have some cute sets but the sizes they offer are slightly confusing to me. When they say SD13, do they mean old SD13 (larger) or new SD13 (slimmer)? When they say DD-M Bust or DD-L Bust are they referring to DD1, DD2 or DD3—who all have different hip sizes? (This might be a big deal with the fit of the underwear.) Even in the case of SID Woman—do they mean S, M or L bust?

 

Illumination on the sizing is welcome.
