Dollfie in progress - the elvish 09

So I've been trying to put together a concept around the 09 head that I got as a birthday present - it already has a faceup and eyes from Nyma (I think there's still images of the Ebay listing floating around Google, actually XD It's the one with wine colored eyes), but I'll be replacing the eyes with something else.

 

I'm thinking I'm going to turn her into a curvy elf, for starters. I thought about the L bust DD, but I think the DDdy will be a bit better now that I think about it, since it's more mature and she will be sort of the opposite of my Youmu.

 

Since my SQ Lab purchase didn't work out and I'm getting a refund (oh well...maybe the 09 wanted a body so bad she foiled my plans! ) and the money I spent is almost the same as for a DDDy body, I'll be ordering one from Volks once Paypal hands over my cash. If they don't run out that is, I see they have low stock right now. :s

 

Then I gotta get the ears from CLS, I really like how they look and I'm too afraid to mod the ears on, so it works for me. It's been years since I last ordered doll goodies from Taobao, so I'll have to figure it all out again. XD Gotta find a new agent, for starters.

 

And then clothing, wig and eyes...these are still being decided. I find myself loving the DollHeart Virgo set though, as far as clothes go.

 

Finally, a name. She hasn't told me her name yet, maybe I won't know until she's pretty much finished. I'm leaning towards the traditional Tolkien elvish names though, since I have a couple I've used for OCs and D&D characters for years.

Can't wait! I've been wanting to see more elvish characters ever since Volks cake out with Kirika. I hope everything turns out well. Good luck!
