I have so many random pics that haven't made it into photo stories or anything so there will ultimately be a lot of things and, quality will vary. They're the same style, but I messed around with Celia's. I wasn't sure if I would like the light or dark color better and once I fell in love with the light color I decided to try the dark one on Aria. At the time she was just Sasara, and I decided I wanted to create a character that she could be and that royal blue just looked too perfect on her! She had such a regal look that a name like what I gave her fit too well. Here's when I first put her in it. Sorry for the rambling. I hadn't thought about a hair clip at the time. Someone at a meet gave her one and it was nice to see more of her face again! Present! I'm really glad she turned out how she did. Interestingly enough, Melody is Aria's little sister. I was worried about getting her as a Mariko at first, since I wondered if the two would look close enough to be related, but I think it works pretty well! I've been playing with Celia's hair slightly and I think I like it like this better. The long strands in the front balance her look out quite nicely I think. It makes her hair just that much harder to manage though. I need to get some styling product for her. Present! There's actually another sculpt sibling pair I noticed and they are in my future doll plans. Mari and Miki. It's not a resemblance you would think about until you either got to see them in person side by side like I did, or browsed face shots of dolls looking for a resemblance. They're probably a year or so away from being focused on assuming I stay primarily focused on making OCs and that's mostly because I want to see what volks does with Len since the male character of these two has a similar body type, and Miki is expensive. Surprise expressions are the best! it's even better when the doll looks normal on the screen but when you actually take the shot they get changed. That actually happened with one of the first pictures of Aria I took. This was before she was Aria, or any actual character of mine for that matter. This was at Volk's AX booth last year although you really can't tell. You'd think she'd be a bit excited since everyone was complimenting her. I didn't know how to use my phone camera too well and it decided to use flash. She wasn't giving everything a death stare until the flash screwed up the lighting. Comparing that to my more recent pictures, I'd say I've gotten better! Present! I really need to write her story... Also, I have a new girl on the way! She's a Takane and as soon as I have her body and eyes along with her head I'll post pictures! Get ready to say hi to Aveline! I recently had quite the clothing haul for my girls (and even got some stuff for a future guy character!) and part of that haul was a lingerie set for Aria that just looks so amazing! The side parts were held back for a few weeks with hair clips to sort of train them to go in that shape like so. @Winnie She really is adorable. She seems pretty attached to me though. @SaraInJapan My friend calls her Satan for a reason. She's a total demon but she's just too adorable. I can't be mad at her. Present!
