Sakurahonya Order Issue(s)?

Has anyone order from Sakurahonya recently

I place an order back on Feb 02. 2016 on their website.

And paid via PayPal. I haven’t hear anything from them.

Their phone number show a Hong Kong Country Code.

I been trying to contract them by via email with no luck.

 

I'm reaching out to the DD community for some inputs..?

What would you guys/gals do in this situation..

 

Benefit of the doubt:

The Chinese New Year is usually 7 days

The Taiwan Lunar New Year Feb. 4 to Feb. 16, 2016.

I have seen a few shops list themselves as closed until the 22nd. Not sure about that one, but almost anything moving through China/Korea will be slowed down right now.

chinese new year can be as long as 2 weeks I think. Some of the companies I was dealing with for other things won't be operational until the 22nd.

I ordered an item from a mainland Chinese seller a week or so ago and was informed nothing would be shipped from them until the 23rd.

At least those shops put up “Notices”.

Sakurahonya, should at least post a “Notices” or a “FYI” on their website or their social media sites.

I also have an order with Alice's Collections (http://www.acbjd.com). They are giving me a March Date.. wtf?

finally got back to me! They won’t be processing any orders till the end of the Chinese New Year 2016.

So I might have to wait til the end March 2016

Finally, I got my order from Sakurahonya yesterday (02/23/16).

The post marking show that they ship on the 02/18/16 with EMS.

They didn't update my order or provided tracking.. I'm lucky I got..

Finally got my order from Alice Collection and it only took 45 days to get it.

I place the order Jan 17 well before the Chinese New Year.

I had the feel’n, If I didn’t follow up with my order, they probably wouldn’t process it.

 

Honestly.. it’s a very slim chance that I would order from them again.

 

My advices:

If you want to order from them (Sakurahonya) or (Alice's Collections)

1.) Communication is the key to a successful transaction. So, establish communication first (give them 2-3 to reply).

2.) ASK questions!

Example

i. Is the ITEM ready to be ship

ii. Does the ITEM needs to be made

iii. Will the material stain my doll

 

3.) Shipping & Handling, I wouldn’t recommend cheapest mailing option

4.) If you are using PayPal. Try keeping your transaction with PayPal Return/Refund policy
