Remeber the Descent 6-DOF games? How about a "true" sequel?

Ok, so this is a really long shot since this forum isn't game related but it's worth a try. Maybe someone knows someone who knows how to draw ppls attention to this new sequel.

 

Is anyone familiar with the 6-DOF PC games Descent I & II & III from the late 90's? Are you perhaps interested in a "true" sequel developed by parts of the core team that developed Descent? (No, I'm not talking about Descent:Underground - that only has the name in common).

 

If so, take a look at this kickstarter for Overload from Revival Productions.

 

After playing both the D:U and Overload demos/teasers I must say I think Overload feels alot more Descent-like than D:U.

Descent was one of my key pc games I've ever played the daylights out of! 

Another, by the same company, was Descent: Freespace. Deep-space combat simulation that was, in my opinion, way better than X-Wing vs Tie Fighter. 

I'm currently on a Mac Mini, so I'm seriously considering the Overload DL, once I find a decent controller, instead of using my mouse/keyboard setup....
