Possible Girl Default set update. (trouser update)

So getting an answer form Danny about the price of the newest girl and got a interested update for all the girls in the future. What you guys thing =o

He later clarified the reason being that 80% of his customers are first time 1/3 doll owners - which does seem to be true (I mean hey, it is for me and my Eiji) and that the jeans are not exactly newbie-friendly. They're not that easy to get on, and they hinder the movement of the legs. The new pants are apparently easier to get on and the legs can bend more with them on.

 

I guess it makes sense from that POV but I'm still glad I got my Eiji while he still came with jeans (he said the guys will also move to the new pants) because I can't gush enough about how much I love the jeans;; I found the shoes far more difficult to get on that the jeans, but then again I dont think Eiji's jeans are quite as tight as the girls'. (they dont seem to hinder his movement at all)

Though it's not by much, I'm disappointed by the price increase. I thought the goal was to decrease costs of vinyl dolls and I've already expressed my dislike for the new style pants and honesty much prefer the jeans. I too felt the loafer shoes were more difficult to put on than any other parts of the default sets.

 

Oh, I sound so negative but if this is the direction he feels will make customers happier maybe it's not bad.

Oh, but it looks like they are now selling the jeans separately! Odd that Danny says there's only one color of blue; if you look at photos of the girls, it looks like Kizuna has a "tealer" shade of jean and Ebony/Ivory has a "paler" shade of jean... but it may just be that the denim color varies according to the batch being made?

Me too. The jeans are amazing in their quality and detail. They do loosen up a bit after a while. The shoes are easier to get on if you hold a blow dryer on them for a minute to soften up the vinyl.
