jadepixel Posted November 10, 2011 Thanks guys Glad you like it, it's my first DD sewing project but I've made some outfits for MSD size before. I'm working on refining the pattern, when I get the kinks worked out I'll be sure to share. The blouse by itself is pretty cute and easy to sew once the measures are right. jadepixel doll lab jadepixel eye shop
PrettyCranium Posted November 10, 2011 It looks fantastic. I would love to have a tutorial, now that I have started sewing. How did you do the blouse? Elastic at the top, but how is attached at the bottom to the blue part?
jadepixel Posted November 12, 2011 Yup, elastic across the front for the blouse. You could attach it to the dress part, but I made them as separate pieces. The bottom part of the blouse is basically the same as the dress, just shorter. jadepixel doll lab jadepixel eye shop

jadepixel Posted November 13, 2011 It's a separate piece. I need to take some photos when I get it right. Since I'm not selling any clothes or patterns I'm going to start a thread in the crafts/customization section for my projects. Don't want to hijack this discussion :3 jadepixel doll lab jadepixel eye shop
