How long does miruya takes to reply?

Hi, I emailed admin@miruya.com 2 days ago asking for a wig purchase but they haven't get back to me so I was wondering if theres any problem, how long do they take to reply you? I live in singapore

If you only emailed them 2 days ago that would have been on a Saturday, it is pretty normal for companies not to reply over the weekend and if their support is in Japan then they'd be off for the Public holiday today as well.

They haven't replied to my question in like a month...I gave up waiting on a reply

Yeah I have no idea why they even have an email if they don't reply to it...And like I can speak/read Japanese and it said on their site to "Contact us if you are a customer from overseas"...So I did, and no reply. The wig I wanted sold out while I was waiting DX

Ahh... what a bummer! I was thinking of getting one of their wigs for my Moe few days ago, I really like their twin tails as well! It was nice to know that they'll handle overseas orders but upon checking this thread. Proxy is a no for me, thinking I could've saved for the fees.

 

Did anyone else emailed them recently?

Hmm I tried emailing them 2 times both of early april and last friday to ask the date of their restock because one of their wigs that I want to get is out of stock, but no reply from them yet =/

Yeahhhh they're probably not going to reply. They really need to fix up their system :/
