Sticks-Ara Posted April 6, 2016 Look!! Up in the Sky!!... ... It's a Bird!!... ... It's a Plane!!... IT'S SUPERGIRL!!! I'm very happy to re-introduce my beautiful Amora Yuri, this time cosplaying as the Girl of Steel herself. Thanks to my dear friend Sydia Yuki, who created the awesome Star Trek: TNG Uniform for Amora last year, we were able to put together a Fantastic outfit for Amora to wear at conventions or wherever she feels the need to show her girl power. As beautiful as the Dollfies are, I've always wanted to show Amora as a strong, powerful character. Which is what I hoped to show in both this and her ST:TNG uniform, and I hope to have another strong character for next time. Although the concept was originally designed for Amora by another lovely young woman (whom I have the greatest respect for), it was Sydia Yuki who redesigned and adjusted the final look that you see here. Her attention to detail is outstanding, from the colors, to the materials, all the way to the notable "S" that we all recognize. I think she did a fantastic job again and I will be calling on her for more outfits in the future... Thank you Sydia Yuki, your the best... The Red Boots themselves are actually made for Danny Choo's Smart Doll line, but they fit perfectly... with a little Gold added to them. The wig and headband were easy to work with. Her blue eyes are from Volks. Of course she's wearing a bodysuit to protect her from staining, but thanks to Sydia's work, it all comes together nicely. You can see the confidence in her eyes. If I had the opportunity I'd really show her in action... Of course, there were other Supergirls at WonderCon who loved posing with her... I wonder who she could cosplay as at our next con!!!.... Sydia worked really hard on her outfit and did a great job. Actually there were 3 Supergirls, but one seems bothered even though she was nice enough to take a picture. So I didn't show it here.
