The flower connection ( Rin pics )

Some of you may recall that the flowers I have in front of my house coincide their blooming with the arrival of DD girls for some odd and magical reason. Sometimes they bloom the day a new girl arrives, sometimes a day or two before and other times a few days afterwards. And it's almost always flowers that haven't bloomed in years that pop up when a new girl arrives.

 

This time was no different.

 

Since Rin arrived, a couple of day lilies decided to bloom and I was happy to see them come up again. Here is one photo of her with the flowers:

But that made me think... when did these come up last? Was it with a new girls arrival or not? I usually take photos of ALL the flowers that bloom here just because I like taking pics of them and so I can go back and see how the different rain patterns and fertilizers I use on them affect the colors and sizes.

 

Lo and behold, these lilies DID in fact pop up last time when a new girl arrived. Guess who it was?

 

 

 

 

I laughed out loud when I saw the pics.

 

 

 

Now the bloom color is a little different due to me using a different fertilizer and such but these lilies are in the same group that sprouted this time around so I count these as the same flowers.....

 

 

So who was it that these flowers last bloomed for?

 

 

 

 

 

SABER EXTRA!

How friggin awesome is that? The same flowers blooming for two Fate/Stay Night girls?

 

 

Ok, ok, they may not be THE EXACT same flowers that popped up before but dammit, they're close in color and shape, they're both day lilies and they're in the same spot they came up last time, I figured it was a close enuff deal for me.

She seemed to like the big orange flowers well enuff but she went and found this little purple one on her own. I didn't even plant this tho, these grow wild in my yard all on their own and come back every year. The back yard is full of them.

Man..... getting her balanced to stand on her own in those boots was MURDER!! The ground was soft and uneven so it took a few minutes to get her in that position without tipping over. But she was pretty stable after some fidgeting.

Sigh.... and now for some raw truth.

 

 

My old car was on its last legs and I seriously needed a new one. That Taurus was old, broken down, beat up and in a very sad state. It even had a deer antler sticking out of a front fender. So I needed something new, reliable and economical.

 

At least that's what I tell myself....

 

The REAL reason I had to get a new car was Rin. Here she is enjoying HER new car.

Rin - "That's right! You didn't REALLY think I could be seen being driven around in such a sad and dilapidated vehicle as that!?! No way! What would my fans think? So I made this guy buy a new car to chauffer ME around in! << Uncontrollable Ojou-sama laugh ensues >> Ohhhhhohohoho!"

Yup, she's right. I went and got a brand spanking new 2016 VW Jetta Turbo just for her. Rei is gonna be PISSED.....

 

At least Rin seems happy with my purchase.

Hehehe! She's already taken the place as the demanding household princess, hasn't she New car and everyting. I can imagine seeing the sparks flying as she tries to compete with Manami for the #1 position while Rei tries to act as the negotiator. Something tells me Manami will win that fight though

She looks really amazing sitting on that car. I want to see her license before she gets behind that wheel.

Oh she's demanding all right, very much so. As far as gunning for number one in the house, she's not going for that. She doesn't want to be the most popular girl here.... she wants to RUN THE PLACE and have minions doing her bidding. And THAT will cause more problems with Rei than Manami. Manami just likes attention whether it's good or bad ( altho she prefers good ) but Rei actually runs the house so if she feels her toes are getting stepped on by Rin, there'll be hell to pay.

Thank you very much! No worries about her having a license.... she wouldn't drive even if she had one ( which she doesn't ). She wants to be driven around so she can sit in the back seat and tell ME where to take her and what to do.

Heh, I can't outright admit that getting the Jetta is a bigger deal than getting Rin because she might read this. But I *can* say that the Jetta is my very first brand new car and it's super exciting to own one! I just smile every time I'm in it!

 

But Rin *is* a big deal to me too and she's only my second brand new DD from Volks.... the other being Saber. Funny how it's the Fate/Stay girls who are my only new ones directly from Volks.

Thank you! It's really odd how my flowers work out but it's cool too. Even tho my Rin and Saber won't do the whole Master/Servant thing, I do think I'll have them know each other in some way or other. One of these days when I get around to doing Rins intro story, maybe I'll get some pics of them together.

Thank you very much! When I saw that flower blooming, I knew I had taken Saber photos with it so I checked to see. When I took Rin out for her pics, I made sure to pose her just like Saber had been, just for fun.
