Can closed eyed DD heads be opened by some faceup artists?

I ordered an open eyed dd head and it came with closed eye holes :/

I'd rather not deal with the seller cause I was going to have the eyeholes widened anyway by a faceup artist

Is this possible? or is the inside of the head very different from the open eyehole one?

I believe you can cut them open yourself but at risk at cutting the vinyl.

 

Though you probably can find a face up artist willing to do it for you.

Opening eyes on a closed eye head isn't terribly difficult to do, it just takes steady hands and the right tools. Not all face up artists will do modifications like this but I know at least 3 or 4 of them that will. So if you have someone in mind, all you need to do is ask them.

I don't know any, personally. But I'm sure you can find someone from America accepting face up commissions here on the forums.

 

I would check in the Painting and Customization, or maybe even post in the Looking For sections.
