Why do you want to pay in USD? The Volks JP store charges in yen, while the VolksUSA store charges in USD. If you are fussed about currency for some reason, use VolksUSA. But there is no issue paying in yen on the JP site.

For Volks Japan, you'll have to pay via PayPal.

 

PayPal will automatically convert your USD to yen. You don't need to use a buying service like Samurai Buyer.

weeeeeeeeeeeeell, since the person was asking about USD, it might be safe to assume they're in the US.

We don't pay customs fees on stuff, so under-declaring a package might be more harm than good for us (if it's lost, insurance... etc)
