AWWWW! Poor Kizuna. It must really suck to find out your model is being replaced with something else. But I don't get why she thinks the newer version will be better..... vintage models are always way cooler! They're usually made better, look better, have more staying power and last a lot longer too. She should be PROUD to be an original!

 

Besides, it's not like you'd get rid of her and get a newer version. She should know there's no replacing her wit, charm, attitude and sexy self!

 

Also, my Manami went thru this when I adopted Ryomou. Before that, Manami cosplayed as Ryomou all the time for me. So when I got the real thing, she thought she was being replaced and got super upset. But after I explained she wasn't going anywhere ( and gave her lots of cookies and head pats ), she got over it. I think Kizuna will understand once you reassure her she's not going anywhere.

Ha! Where I live, there's an ordinance that all businesses must post working hours. So there is this one small gallery in Mendocino with a sign on the door that says "Open when we're here, Closed when we're not".

I hope it helps to know that at least one person is frantically saving up for a lovely "old" Kizuna of my own! The discontinuation announcement scared me too but as long as there's no sudden date change I think I'll have enough by then....

 

Your Kizuna is what made me want to get her in the first place, and I'm sure she's helped her model-sisters(idk what term to use tbh but I like thinking that they're all sisters) steal people's hearts many times! She is in no way trash and I hope that she realizes that soon so she doesn't have to sit out there forever! It can't be comfortable at all.

If you need help dealing with Kizuna, let me know. I just about go through something like this with Yaya every time a new girl comes home. Only she hasn't tried trowing her shelf out yet.

I've used the S.Rosen's and the Pepperidge Farms varieties. You should be able to find it at the grocery store in the bread aisle. You gotta look for it carefully as it doesn't take up much shelf space. It also might be found at/near the deli counter.

I understand her so well. I currently feel like "ready for the trash-can" too (My boyfriend doesn´t plan to replace me but because of health reasons I needed a lot of help recently which makes me mad at myself). But tell her, an original stays an original and even if I have to admit that I love the new headsculpt in general, the "real" Kizuna can´t be replaced!!!!!

 

And a "Chitose sister" sends her tons of hugs. She already is doing a good job on cheering me up, I hope she can help Kizuna too ...
