Her "default" sweater from her original owner is kind of baggy. The dark black color also hides the shadows of her curves. The black flowered top is one of the few tops Finn has that shows some cleavage. Also, with the XXX agents not "geared up", suddenly in comparison Chitose and Finn may appear a lot bigger. She's great normally but seeing her larger is just kinda fun. 😄 She's even more pouty than usual because of it. Hopefully poor Finn warms up!
