Yo Super dollfie + dollfie dreams head?

Has anyone a YO and a volks DD head? I wonder how big the head difference is?

Yos have 6-7" heads where as DDs have 8-9" heads

 

That would basically be the most bobble-headed doll ever. ^^;;
