Suzu Posted November 6, 2011 Hello everybody, I'm new here. My nickname is Suzu and I'm 25 years old. I'm living in Germany. Since 2005 I'm owing BJDs but I'm kinda new to Dollfie Dreams. Well I'm feeling more addicted to Dollfie Dream dolls now but I'm not sure if I will owning one in the future. In the last years it happened that my bjd-life was kinda lonely. I have no doll friends where I live and through a lack of time I almost quited the hobby. It's well... how can I describe it? "complicated" is maybe the right word for it. ^^' It's a bit difficult to explain. Well that's all for now. If you have questions feel free to ask. byebye Suzu
baldylox Posted November 6, 2011 Welcome aboard! Glad to see another BJD owner looking at the Dollfie Dream girls. I know how you feel about having noone around that is into dolls and such. I do have some resin people near me and we meet up every so often, but they are totally different from DD owners. They don't "play" with their dolls nearly as much as we DD owners do. It just seems the DD owners I know have a bit more fun at meets than the resin people do. Nothing wrong with that so don't take offense. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. There are lots of knowledgeable people here who are more than willing to lend a hand. Billy I gave up counting the girls I own, they keep multiplying and won't stop. LoveAngel Posted November 6, 2011 Another European! Welcome to the forums. I haven't been here for long, but indeed most people here are from the US, but you will bump into others from our side of the ocean as well. My DD is still on her way, but in the meantime, I am learning a lot from people here. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. Pupi Posted November 6, 2011 Welcome! In Germany there are 3 or 4 DD collectors I know, but I think there are many others^^ I hope you can meet with many doll collectors again! Here we are all quite lonely too: there are only 7 DD collectors here in Italy and we all live so far one from another... It's difficult to organize a meet-up all together! Have fun in this nice place!^^ enthusiast pasta girl - she/her - power bi Mini Mode Lab

Suzu Posted November 8, 2011 Anyways... Welcome to the site Suzu! We can help whenever! :3 Is there any certain DD you're interested in? I'd like to create a new character. I'm interested in the Dollfie Dream Sister body. Well I'm looking forward to a regular release of this body. The heads I like are: H-03, H-04, H-05, Mirai, Candy, Reimu, Marisa and some others. Volks released a lot of beautiful headmolds.
