I had no problems getting the three items I wanted into my cart surprisingly :o

 

Me neither. This is the OPPOSITE problem I was planning for: I was just gonna let the server choose for me. So much for THAT plan!

I got the Candy Pop dress, and the dreaming girl dresses in both colors! I loveee the Rose one

 

No, this is bad, I have to kick things back out of my cart to stay in budget. XD And I am having SUCH a hard time picking which Gear Accent outfit to keep. . .

Alright, wound up HALVING what was in my cart to avoid wallet death, and checked out with:

 

-Candy Pop Mini

-those pink MSD shoes

-Red Gear Accent

 

Pretty satisfied with that haul!

 

. . .but if anyone here gets Gear Accent Blue or Brown, I need need NEED pic spam.

 

Also, for the lols: I at first couldn't log in because I was using my email address instead of a username, and then I found out the order went through not because of the order confirmation page, but because of an automated fraud alert call from my bank. That was. . . three-five minutes ago? Order confirmation still isn't loaded. XD

I managed to put all the items I wanted in the cart. But at the same time my friend went to the Harajuku store and managed to get all of the items for me there instead. Yay =D

Is anyone else still getting the "The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable." message? I'm starting to freak out because the Chinoiserie dresses were my main goal (got the shoes in my cart, yay!), and they're up next. *bites nails*

I'm in the site, but I managed to get stuff in my cart before it started kicking people out.

 

That said. . . it's been 20 minutes, and the confirmation page STILL hasn't loaded. @_@ It's acting like it's in a redirect loop, actually. I know the bank got the charge--not only did I get that fraud call, but it shows up as a pending transaction in my bank portal--but Volks? . . .that site may as well be drunk.

Nope. Still down. I wonder if they're doing it for the US since the message is in English. (With Volks.com symbol at the bottom). Another message says the DNS can't be reached.

I'm in Europe but as I said it does work on our mobiles for some reason. Doesn't work on our pc's or tablets.

 

Same issue happening with the confirmation page so wondering if Volks are blocking transactions. Could be they'll cancel the event and redo it at a later date??? Transactions haven't actually been charged but are pending so Volks would only have to unlock the funds to cancel it.

My god Volks, make up your mind. It's been hours now and I haven't even got a thing. Kinda worried.

 

It doesn't work on both PC and phone for me though. I guess they blocked both by now.

Well, my confirmation page resurfaced from the loop and even gave me order number. But it's not visible in my account and no confirmation e-mail here.

And now I'm even more worried because this number belongs to 30/05/15. Definitely error.

it's working fine for me now. try going to the volks company homepage and clicking the link to the volks website shop from there, that's how i got in.

 

edit: credit card checkout worked fine too

 

edit 2: spoke too soon - redirected into the loop that other users are experiencing. no confirmation email but transaction has definitely gone through

I can't even access the page right now I wanted the Candy Pop Dress for SD so bad. I had some last minute medical bills to take care of too so it's not like I could buy it right now if I wanted to

 

If anyone happens to get an extra one or decides they don't want theirs, please PM me? I'm desperate for that set! Lol

And I'm on Chrome on a Win7 desktop, FWIW. I'd say it's likely it's some kind of server error, given how this problem's cropping up on more than one platform.

 

*sits down in Refresh Loop Hell Corner with Anya, and crosses her arms* We'd better get our stuff, Volks. We're waiting.

Well we copied the url, posted it in a new tab and bingo the link worked and we got a confirmation screen. No email though and nothing under orders yet.

 

Anyway the website is now no longer working on mobile phones either.

 

Looking more like that Volks will redo this event and cancel any orders...

That tip does bring up the confirmation number, but seems like the system still thinks my items are in the cart. WTF.

 

This is making me paranoid. I've taken screen shots of the dead confirmation, the actual confirmation, AND my cart with the stuff in it. I don't know if it'll help, but I'd rather have the shots and not need them. . .
