Volks News 69 - DDH10 , heart hands and more!

Website is still down. What the heck is going on? I hope I can still get the Candy Pop dresses.

Candy pop is still available

I added things to my cart and checked out by credit card.

 

No order confirmation or e-mail from Volks was given.

 

I checked the bank and the money did go through, but the item still remained in my cart as if the order did not go through?

 

I wrote an e-mail to Volks, explaining the situation. Hope it gets resolved.

 

Anyway the website is down from my side.

Are the Chinoiserie dresses still available? They're the last things I need...

 

I had a cart full of stuff, now I just can't get to it. I've tried just about everything. Different browsers, cell phone/desktop/tablet on wifi and cell network. Cycling my IP... And I'm not getting an error from the browsers, this is a Volks page telling me that it's unavailable.

Yeah as I said before they don't fully process the payments for a few days at least so right now if the money has left your account it's being held by the bank until the payment is canceled or processed.

 

We'll just have to wait and see but I feel like they'll cancel all orders and just redo the event maybe next weekend.

 

It sucks but looks like a serious server error happened so I won't entirely blame them if they do cancel and redo. Hopefully in the future they'll improve their servers to prevent this happening again.

 

We'll just have to wait and see. Hopefully they'll announce something later in the day.

When I got through (about 1/2 hour ago) everything processed as usual, I got the normal confirmation emails (paid via Paypal) and the site was running extremely well. Just tried to get on now and site is down again.

I have persevered! (LOL!!! XD)

 

The site FINALLY came back online. It was really slow, but I somehow managed to get all the stuff I wanted! Volks didn't flush my cart! I'm so happy!!!

 

I did take out the Pop Candy dress and some shoes... just too many things for my wallet to handle. But I got the Chinoiserie dresses I wanted, so now Natsuki and Moe can add those to their cosplay cafe wardrobes!

The confirmation page FINALLY loaded properly, and flushed the cart. Yay!

 

Now to wait for a proper confirmation email~ If it doesn't come in 24 hours, I'm sending Volks those screenshots I took, because I really, REALLY want that Candy Pop Mini and Gear Accent Red.

I'm so envious of those who managed to order so far. It's still giving me the 'this page is temporarily unavailable' message.

Oh my gosh, I can't believe I forgot about this! I wanted the Candy Pop Dress for MDD sooo badly along with some other small things

 

I really reallyyyy hope they'll get the site up again... and that at least some of the items are still available. Or is all hope lost by now?

 

Edit: I got it! Yayy, the site opened up again a few hours ago and I was able to aquire the items I wanted, so happy ^-^

I hope it works out for everyone I justr tried to get on the site and it gave me the error message. I am thankful I was able to add to cart, pay, and get my email confirmation all under 20 minutes last night which still shocks me! and I was surprised to see the candy pop dress still available after 10 minutes.

For anybody who's order has gone through. Did you get a confirmation email or is it in your order list on your account?

 

In limbo as to whether the order went through. Funds in bank account are still locked by volks and have an order confirmation number but then got all the items in my cart....

 

Edit: order confirmation email came! Phew! ^_^ looks to be sorted now

It's finally up!

 

Now, when it says "limited supply" or "will be restocked"... when will it be restocked?

 

I'm really after the brown gear dress and it says lo-quantity, but when I try to add it to my cart it 'can't be preserved". SHould I wait a bit and see if I can get it or should I push the buy button on my other item as soon as possible?

My cart already expired BUT Volks just minutes ago sent me confirmation e-mail with right order number and now I have it registered in my profile, yay!

I was not able to get the brown gear dress. Thought it says 'low stock' but not 'sold out.

huh what i got lost after the heart hands. not fair!!!!

One of the mini chinois sets restocked so I snagged it! Blue chinois seems bugged but may be buyable now too. Lots of leftovers from this event, so I'm not sure what crashed the site so hard.

For anyone else looking for the Candy Pop dress, if you miss your chance, a reseller has an extra one. They picked up a spare for me but then my friend bought one for me so I believe they still have it.

Tbh I'm surprised to see that 24 hours later, both Candy Pop dresses are still available. Given how much interest there was for these dresses, I expected them to be sold out very quickly.
