Glad you guys are getting your dresses, and liking them. I like the style of the dresses, but not the color. Perhaps it's just too much candyness for me. I want these outfit releases to get to Volks USA already.

 

I also have the MSD version but I don't have a doll for it yet.

 

Not about the Candy Pop dress, but outfits in general, I'm kinda glad to hear I'm not the only one to do this. I have a few MDD outfits but no MDD girl, yet...

Haha so I'm not the only one either. I mean, I KNOW who its for, and I wanted to get it in advance in case these outfits end up really hard to find later - especially because I dont know when I can actually get her. Since she's a non-limited Kid Delf I can get her whenever - which is great but it does mean I have to prioritise limited dolls. ie I was supposed to be getting her as my birthday present to myself this November because I thought I wouldn't be paying for/getting Rin till next year and well so much for that.

Any other limited doll I feel like I have to have is going to delay her even more 8') At least once I get her (which will likely be next years bday if nothing else comes up - kinda glad the countdown DD wasnt anything I wanted in the end but who knows what's in store for 2017's lotteries) she'll have an outfit waiting for her...

So I've received my shipping notice for my order at around 7pm yesterday (Saturday). Friday has passed I didn't expect any notice about shipment until next Friday. This is exciting! I'm guessing that Volks had their staff worked on weekend to finish up processing the orders.

Got my shipping notice, and the package arrived in 3 days. I'm always impressed on how quick they can get it to me in Australia but just waiting for the shipping notice is so haaaarrrdd.

Just nabbed an adorable DDH-10 off YJA~ it has so much potential and it's so great to see Volks catering a little more to their MDD line after all this time ><;;; Now I just need Volks to restock their SWS MDD body... >.

My outfit is supposed to arrive today but I won't be home until tomorrow

Ditto, I really wanted a couple of the items too.

Could be a perfect storm of delays.

 

VolksUSA has a *tiny* team and they just attended a major show (NYCC) which probably required all of their attention. Not to mention they also had pre-orders for 3 dolls and 3 outfits open up.

 

The Chinese economy has slowed down a bit, which impacts global shipping, so bulk shipping could be moving slower than normal.

 

I see they just restocked some items on 10/13, so it may be that their shipment has arrived but they haven't had a chance to go through all of it and get the event ready. Maybe in the next few weeks?

That's what I've been hoping, is that with all that's going on they aren't getting things as quick on the site.

Was woundering, does the DDH10 head fit a DDs body? Or does it look wired??
