I dont think they're sold out, I was really surprised when I went to the Fu kuoka store a week after the afterparty event and they still had a ton there. I doubt they're unpopular so I guess they just made a ton of them?? Maybe the online store is another story, I dont know.

Volks are apparently really slow after events though...although this is a bit much even for them :c At least you dont seem to be alone.

 

Hopefully it doesnt look too loose! S is still bigger than Rin lol. (also remember Rin is a DDS too)

I wish Volks made more for our flat girls actually. My Miku just doesn't have nearly enough correctly fitting frilly girly stuff. There is just something pleasing to my eyes about a flat girl in frilly clothes...

Yeah, I wish there were more options out there for our "washboard" girls too! Even looking at YJA doesn't really help that much, though there'll be a bit more success on the "frilly for flat girls" front than what *I'm* looking for. ^^;

 

My Miku is both a diva and a flirt. She'd be all over having some sexy bunny suit in a ridiculous metallic color, but you look for sexy stuff, and at *best* you find M bust, and mostly L or Dy things.

 

And, not gonna lie, even the principle of it kinda bugs me. "Oh, you're a full grown woman but you're flat-chested? Must be sweet and innocent. Only big-boobied girls can be flirty." NOPE NOPE NOPE NOT TRUE

Long story short, it's increasingly looking like I'll be hunting down some absurdly-colored pleathers and lycras at some point in the future and making my Miku some ridiculous outfits that would make Lady Gaga and Brittney Spears blush.

But to be honest I like the method of covering the gap with the hairclip best.

 

I mean, I definitely would've bought this outfit regardless but it is kinda weird to me how the packaging says that it will fit a DD with a SS bust. I mean yeah it technically does, but...

..and I'm actually surprised that the Candy Pop dresses are STILL available to order online?? I guess Volks anticipated that they'd be really popular, but I hope that everyone who already bought them gets their orders fulfilled asap. Now I wonder if it'll fit on my AZO2 nicely. The high waist and puffy sleeves make me think that it could still work.. hmm.

Some hope, yeah--I especially like Heart Hunter! But my Miku's gonna need a LOT more than that--and some things that are a lot *louder*, too. I'm gonna wind up making her something with metallic gold lycra at some point, I guarantee it. With sequins.

Thank you Torino for "warning" us before I got mine.. I would have been a lot more frustrated than now.

It fits really badly for small busts, same thing with the Chocolat Lolita dresses but even worse.

I still like it though, maybe I'll upgrade Rankas boobs to a M... but actually I really like S and SS-Bust

Yes! It's just perfect, this is what I plan to do before. Nice to see it worked great! I'm curious why wouldn't you want to leave it this way, I don't suppose there's any problem with the tissue slipped down her flat chest? IMO, it looks rather cluttered with the MDD hairclips.

 

Meanwhile over here, still no confirmation after 14 freakin' wolly-barnacle days. I can't stress enough how angry I am right now. I really want to click that cancel order button but man do I want the dress. I'm gonna contact them tomorrow and give them a piece of my mind. I get it they're busy after events but what professional company does this their customers? Furthermore, just how long does it take to confirm an order that has been PAID? If it's no longer available just cancel the order for me instead of making me wait.

Nah, I don't think they'll refuse doing business with you, I've never heard of that happening. Except when ppl don't pay for their lottery items. Unpaid lottery item => Permanent, lifetime, ban. Japanese business etiquette is a bit different.

Australia? Seems like they just pick people at random to complete their orders.

 

Fellow Australian, order confirmed, still waiting for shipping details. At least once they do ship it's usually pretty fast.

Instead of ranting, you could just sent a nice email asking for the status on your order since it's been X number of days and there has been no word. If they are anything like VolksUSA they'll be really friendly and helpful.

My order is finally confirmed!

-Oh god Candy Pop Mini and the matching shoes are SO FREAKIN' CUTE I'm gonna DIE

-The Gear Accent: Red is actually darker and more purple than the Volks photos suggest. I'd say it's more of a wine or burgundy than the red in the promo shots. To be honest, I actually like this wine color better.

I don't think I'd settle down like that, I would rather not. Perhaps I could be average but I'd definitely not gonna be "nice" about it. I have another use for that money if it's no longer available, so I need them to cancel it if it's out of stock. But I'm glad that's not the point and I got my order confirmed before I attempt to email them.

Torino has the full-size Candy Pop; I got the MDD/MSD size one. The tops are actually different. (Full-size has a white undershirt and a separate overdress; the MDD one is all one piece.)

Yep I'm aware. I meant to say I haven't seen much of Candy Pops the regular or mini, I've only seen the regular Candy Pop on Torino's Rin. I don't mind any since I love both dresses.
